Rating system: The file ratings are as follows:
1 - Poor. The file does not function fundamentally as described nor does it contain many of the functions or features you would expect from a file of this type. Note* Just because you may not be able to get a file to run on your server, it doesn't mean that it necessarily deserves a poor rating - how can you rate it if you weren't able to run it?
3 - Average. It contains all the functions and features you might expect to find from a file of this type and fundamentally performs as described. Average is the norm and should be considered as satisfactory in all respects.
5 - Excellent. It performs exactly as described and has more functions and features than you might expect to find for a file of this type. A rating of 5 is unusual and should be considered as exemplary, a standard set by which other files should be measured.
